gods powerfulness

READ IT ON YOUR RISK!!

surely all praise for allah.. we praise and seek his help, we seek forgiveness, refuge from the evil of our own souls and from the wickedness of our deeds. there is nothing but allah, Muhammed is our messanger who we follow.

i'm not trying to show u that i am a very dheenveri person. But lately i've been listen to some dharus of one of our friends. He is younger than me, married and hopefully going to be a father in this year. He works with me in the same school and i've noticed a very strangeness in him. When ever i see him, goosembums arises from my whole body. He is so clean and normal. quite, friendly and RELIGIOUSE..!! though he believes in the deeper world of religion unlike us, he talks to us and works hard like all.
however, one day (on the day we went to Handhufushi) on the dhoni, i heard him talking about our messenger and reciting some hadhith's with the meanings to one of my very close friend. she was listening to him so intentively that i couldnt stay without going to them. So, there i set beside her and then i fell in to his 'dharus'.. and was listening to it till we reach the island. later that night, when i was on bed.. i thought of all what he spoken to us.. every word he said was running in my mind.. i had this fear in my mind thinking that, how intolerable are we human beings to god.. but still he is tolerating us till the judgment day.. god heaven! i coudlnt sleep the whole night thinking of the bad things i've done throughout my life.. (ofcourse as human beings we do make mistakes against religion)

later the other day we (my friend and i ) met him and asked him if he could spare a little time from his shedule for us.. he happily agreed and fixed a time. he fixed to meet us after the day and so we were there to meet him at school. after a long day of work, he agreed to meet us just for the sake of allah, to help us know more about the religion we are following. We are named as MUSLIMS but actually NOT! i personaly believe it now.. i used to bully people who have long beards and wear short trouses... NOW i regret it! (yeah! there are people who act as MUSLIMS BEING so but all arnt same) well, after meeting this guy, i've changed my mind.. i've started understanding that what we know abt the religion is just a 20% of 100%.. we neeed to more.. and thats why our eemantherikan is so down!
we believes that we know a lot, but actually we dont know.. we dont know HOW painful is our graves, we dont know what REALLY happens after the death, we dont know what REAL EXAMS we fail after the death, we dont know what strange things we face after the death.. we SIMPLY DONT KNOW WHATS HAPPENING IN the other world!! and if u say you know and you dont pray, then YOU ACTUALLY DON UNDERSTAND WHAT RELIDION IS!

however, these are just the facts that i've learned from him.. now i cant tell u what he explained us right.. just please, beware that you are a human being and god is guiding you over and over again. i can tell u a story he told us.. which happened in Saudhi;
there was a family who had all boys and only a girl. she was the youngest. ond enough studying in a college. her brothers go for the prayers, her family is a religious family, but she doesnt pray at all. she loves going out, hanging around.. never covers her body etc etc..
after days... in her young age she died and when it was time for the funeral, her elder brother brought a man for kiyeveli kiyava, sandhokah elhumuge kanthah kuran. Her brother shoed him the room where she was kept. He showed him the room and when he enterd, he locked the door from out side. the dhannabeykalu walked towards this girls gaburu, she was wrapped with white coffin and the whole body was covered with a white cloth. the man stood beside her and lifted up the sheet to see her face. As he saw her face,he started trembling and to his surprise eynayah e fothigandun kuliyakah dhookohllevunee.. gai birun, dhaahillamun dhuvvaigathi dhora dhimaalah.. dhoru hulhuvaashey bune bune dhoreh nuhulhu vi, mi meeha ge hithelhey adu mulhi kotari thereyga.. mulhi meehaa birugenfa hurivarun angayah aihaa echceh kiyan gos inee kotareege kanakah vadhe. fahun gaburu kairiyah nuves dhey,, hama innanee, innanee.. dhen mihen indhe indhefa.. meeha hamayakah elhuneema thedhuvegen yaseen matheega huregen gossi allah aa vakeel kohffa e kujjaa kairiyah.. dhen gossa avaha kiyeveli kiyavaa, kuranjehey kameh kohffa nimigen gos i have finished my work ey,, dhiru hulhuvaashey buneema dhoru hulhuvee.. as the door opened, he rushed from the place. RAn, ran and straight away went to his house. took a fresh bath prayed to god and layed on his bed. he stayed in bed till three days. cause of high fever.

as soon as he got well, he wanted to study what happened to this girl and how she died. SO, this man went to meet her family and asked about her. then, her bother told him that she wasnt at all religious and he also appologise for locking him up in the room. He said that he had to do that because no one was willing to do the formalities after looking at her. her brother has invoted 6 people to do the formalities and non stayed to do so. everyone screams and run away after looking at her. and this man was the 7th one. so he just wouldnt be able to get another person to do all the formalities and thats why he did it.

THE GIRLS FACE WAS TWISSETED AND THAT SHE WAS ALL BURNT UP. SHE HADNT HAD HER NORMAL SKIN WHICH WAS WHITE. SHE WAS SKINNY AND LOOKED AS IF SHE WAS TORN OUT. SHE LOOKED MORE LIKE AND ANIMAL. THE SCARY THING WAS THAT, HER WHOLE FACE WAS TWISTED. but it was said that, she didnt die due to any accidents or anything. it was a sudden death and that nothing strange happened for her to die like this.. its just gods will. allah nubaivegen alhunna maru dhakkavaanee veyneffadhain.

i've seen my this religious friends fathers foto (on the day of his funeral) he had a smile in his face,, he looked as if he is dying peacefuly,, a e varah mai insaaneh.. ehen v ma solihu alhunna mai allah suvaruge dhakkaane kamaki kashavaru kamehkkan yageen. emeehun ge maraki ves rakkautheri echceh kan hama yageen..

my friend(girl) and i were so hairaanvefa eyna kiyaidhin vaahakathakun.. we asked questions on what we wanted to know.. and he was a helpful person i say.. he advised us about certain things.. and insha allah we are trying to follow the real religion.

just thought to share you guys.. tc good night..

Its a fine example of talibanization in maldives. Pls wear a Hijab while meeting this guy and protect your children from them.

"THE SCARY THING WAS THAT, HER WHOLE FACE WAS TWISTED."

Rigor mortis?

The only scary thing is that you're believing everything he says without questioning them. It's one thing to be religious but its another to blindly swallow whatever stories that are thrown at you. I hope you'll be more skeptical in the future.
And a faith built on guilt and fear sounds destructive. How about founding your faith on love instead, if at all you must have faith? Anyway its just a suggestion. Don't take it as an attack. It's your life after all.

You know, she *could* have been the victim of an honour killing, probably by an acid attack or fire. A lot of your 'facts' point in that direction:
1. Religious family, lots of brothers
2. Independent, fun-loving girl
3. Vague cause of death, not divulged (to protect honor?)
4. Burnt/distorted face after death

I don't think good ppl have a peaceful look upon death and vice versa. Lots of people die with a peaceful face, including non-Muslims. I think your friend should be reading out the authentic evidence from the Quran and Sunnah instead of scaremongering you with fairy tales. There are enough hadith detailing the rewards and punishments after death.

hmm first all.. lemme tell u, this story he told me was a TRUE story which happened in SAUDHI.. and the other thing is that.. these cases doesnt happen OFTEN or ALWWAYS... these weird cases happen rarely.. now i am sure you believe that dont you?
and, i didnt get scared about knowing the face thingi,,, i got really scared of knowing about the punishments in the grave,, he explained me a lot about it.. even gave me a book to read.. i've been reading it for few days.. hopefully will be reading it tonight too.. i don know why i got so interested on knowing so much about stuufs like this...
oh and yeah.. about love right?? thats a good advice you gave.. and lemme tell you.. i do have faith in love and everything.. its just that i didnt know that i wasnt having faith in my love and my self thats the main reason why i used to be a complainer.. but insha allah.. i wont complain.. well, i've got lot of things to change.. thanks for the comment ANONYMOUS! :)

all what you said was true!! and i too believe that.. BUT THEN AGAIN..

would you know how you will die?? NO right? hama miadhuves maru vedhaane.. ekam the thing is.. hama god ge iraadha ya laigen maru vaanee.. ok lets assume that she got killed or murderd and thats also how the way u mentioned.. WHY do u think she is died like that??? maybe she had enemies or maybe she was being carless or what ever.. but WHY SHE?? and why not some other one face such an event to die like that?? hama ves allah ge kulhadhuvantha kamun dho eynayah egothah maru iraadha kurevveee??!!! thats the exact point here..

i do agree on the facts too ingey.. plus i believe it in the view of how he told me..

"this story was a TRUE story"

then where is the evidence? newspaper article? a doctor's report? i'm sorry but i don't believe something to be true just because someone says it is true. never follow blindly. ever. its very dangerous.

"these weird cases happen rarely.."
why should they when 'sinning' is so common? if God wanted us to really believe that every sinner would be punished, He would disfigure all the sinners on death so that there is no doubt about it. if God's strategy is to mangle a single sinner from a 1000s, then its a very poor strategy and not likely to be used by God.

IF this story were true, I'd still not believe that the girl would be punished by God, (assuming He exists) because the Creator of the Universe simply does not care whether an insignificant little human, with a life of 60 years living on tiny planet in a Solar System of an average Sun, in a corner of one of the millions of millions of galaxies out there, wears a little cloth on her head or drinks fermented fruit or has sex with male or female humans. I don't see why he should be bothered about these things, unless he's a very petty, childish God, in which case he is not worthy of worship. Just my opinion. You don't have to believe it.

well.. maybe your right.. but then again.. what i am trying to say is.. these cases (the weird death) happen rarely because god shows human beings different situations to make us realize that we arent following the right path and that we need to think of our religion.. i think even though he didnt have any evidence of THIS story.. there a lot of evidences of similar stories.. the point is that.. god shows us one way or the other way to let us USE whats right and wrong.. example.. baa TS ga leaves in allah elhifa oi dhuvas mathin handhaan veytha?? why did it happen?? aharumenna kah neyge keevve gen kameh it happened.. but it happened!! dhen mihen gos,, tsunami! why did it happenen???!! its even gods will... so i think i believe the story... IT is POSSIBLE!! cause god is powerful.. and he has the power to create such situations... aharunna neyge ethah reasons thakeh hure dhaane dho.. e kamakun hikimai libigannan jeheyne?? mi kahala kanthah thah madhun nama ves dhimaa vanee.. vedhaane ennu hama aharun dhiri thibi meehunna e in hikumatheh libigathumah nuvatha, e in echcheh visnaigathumattaka kamahvves??? dho?? nufenna echchissah gabool nukuran v sababbeh kobaa?? naadh kuran jehey kan gabool kuranee keevve?? ok, beacsue its written in quraan.. and who wrote it?? of course god.. who said so? our messenger.. (rasoolullah sallal'laah alaihi vassallam).. now here.. we (muslims) follow it.. but the cristians. THEY dont! because they don believe in it... \
dhuniyeyga ajaibuthah hunnanee keevve?? thats even for us to gain something by knowing them.. ajaibu vanivi kanthah dhakkuvaanee MADHUN.. e kanthah thakun echchehi visnigathumah.. allaah ekama kah iraadha kurevvumun ekameh vumah.. in the previouse reply ga.. i was trying to say that.. things happen.. (mi girl ah mihen mi ve ves) for us to undertsand that god did it to her.. hama eves vedhaane ennu ajaibakah!! for us to realize that she wasnt at all believing god and that she got the punishment! and that we need not have to live so!!! err.. dhen neyge,, what i know is i do believe that THERE ARE SUCH incidents.. and i believe them..

wat a ridiculous story. i'm amazed at educated level headed people believing this junk! no wonder fanatics are able to take over the minds of Maldivians so easily. amazing!

first off...20%? errr....id vote for even less.heheh. and its not that we dont know about religion, more like we choose not to know. there are so many ways for us to find out what we need but we dont bother now do we? dhen kulli akah meehaku echchekey bunegen we panick or begin to think about it. the problem is that this moment of truth or realisation is so short lived. we forget about it all and go back to our ways in a few days.

As for the story its believable. maybe it happend...maybe it didnt. but thats not the point here now is it? Have you ever met a complete stranger, looked at his face and thought to yourself "he must definitely be a very good person etc"? or maybe seen someone else and thought "hama yageeney mee sahalu meeheh noonkan"? and it necessarily has nothing to do with what he is wearing or his hairstyle etc. it happens right? and most of the time we find out that what we thought at that first instance was right afterall. its as if there's some kind of glow to some people which you cant quite explain. a sense of feeling secure around them. and a sense of panic and fear around others.

and i do agree with that anonymous bloke who keeps saying not to take in every single thing you hear from people as if its fact. do some research of your own. not to see if he is lying or not. but to know more about it. you'll be the one to benefit from it afterall. btw, miss u loads.

oow arra, did u know.. what your saying is exactly true ey deary!! maree mi kiyaa echcehaki... maree birugane ye abadhuves GOD ah.. (ofcourse all do, but most of the time.. aslu birugathas ulhenee nubaikoh.. ehenviyyaa.. i don think a e god dheke birun nuvatha, eeman therikan huregen ulhey ba eh heneh.. including me!) so..
even though i say that i am a muslim, i never pray, never thinks of whats happening around, never try to know MORE about dheen... and lots ans lots. as a result.. i keep still and 'gaavefa' and i guess its the main reason why i or those are like this can not pray...

mi story mi thaaga share kuree, cause i FELT it inside that i should know MORE about dheen before i suffer (may have to) like her.. NO MATTER what... even though if it is a FAULS story, I DO BELIEVE that THIS COULD happen.. cause god kanthah thah dhakkavaanee madhun... GINA meehun thibey than thanah!!! and it we human beings WHO need to UNDERSTAND this in a better WIDER way.. thanks for dropping by... (one this is ther.. I"VE OFCOURSE learned THE IMPORTANCE OF PRAYING. i AM scared of the GRAVE!! its way too scary then suffering from cancer or any diesease... cause u WILL FEEL the BITTERNESS more strongly!! then ever!! ) miss you too *hugs* ^_^
